SEC1 Security has a zero-tolerance policy for use of any illicit substances, including cannabis and all THC products. All THC products and most illegal drugs can stay in the body for up to 30 days and sometimes longer. As a security officer, you are required to have a clear mind at all times on duty.

Training Agreement

All new hires are placed on a 90-day probation period during which attendance, performance, and commitment are closely evaluated. During this period, you will receive industry-leading security training through our in-house SEC1 Training Institute. This training must be completed outside of your scheduled shifts and is required for continued employment.

Training includes:

  • ASP Handcuff, Baton & Flashlight

  • SABRE OC Spray

  • Use of Force & De-escalation

  • Ethics, Civil Liability, Report Writing

  • Radio Procedures & 400 Codes

  • Body-Worn Cameras & Note-Taking

  • Defining Your Role in Security

  • BYRNA Launcher Systems
